V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku by som V\u00e1m rada op\u00edsala NIE pr\u00edli\u0161 pr\u00edjemn\u00fa situ\u00e1ciu na Filip\u00ednach, kde ma po\u0161t\u00edpal pav\u00fak a sp\u00f4sobil mi nemal\u00e9 probl\u00e9my &#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ch\u00fdlilo sa u\u017e koncu m\u00f4jho <a href=\"http:\/\/milimundo.com\/sk\/suggested-itinerary-budget-3-week-trip-philippines\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>3 t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148ov\u00e9ho pobytu na Filip\u00ednach<\/strong><\/a> a ja som sa rozhodla zameni\u0165 dych ber\u00face ostrovy a pl\u00e1\u017ee za <a href=\"http:\/\/milimundo.com\/sk\/banaue-rice-terraces-not-explore-highlight-philippines\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>ry\u017eov\u00e9 polia meste\u010dka Banaue<\/strong><\/a>. Ak\u00e1 \u00fa\u013eava! \ud83d\ude42<\/strong> Lek\u00e1rka sp\u00edsala p\u00e1r papierov, predp\u00edsala mi ibuprofen, ktor\u00fd som mala bra\u0165 ka\u017ed\u00e9 4 hodiny a zaplatila som za to v\u0161etko cca 260 pesos (cca 4 eur\u00e1). A d\u00fafala som, \u017ee m\u00f4j probl\u00e9m je t\u00fdmto vyrie\u0161en\u00fd. Namiesto dvoch mal\u00fdch za\u010dervenan\u00fdch vpichov som na\u0161la dve \u010dierne krvou podliate vpichy s bielym p\u013euzgierom.<\/strong> U\u017e vtedy som vedela, \u017ee toto dobr\u00e9 nebude. \u017de do rany sa zrejme dostala infekcia a \u017ee antibiotik\u00e1 bud\u00fa nutnos\u0165ou. <em><u>Av\u0161ak \u010do som zmohla r\u00e1no o 3tej tesne pred moj\u00edm odletom? Ni\u010d. Jednoducho som nast\u00fapila do lietadla a d\u00fafala, \u017ee sa to nezhor\u0161\u00ed. M\u00fdlila som sa!<\/u><\/em> <strong>Let do Lond\u00fdna cez Peking bol pln\u00fd nekone\u010dnej bolesti<\/strong>. Nemohla som poriadne spa\u0165, ulo\u017ei\u0165 sa, studen\u00e9 obklady ve\u013emi nepom\u00e1hali a ibuprofen mi u\u017e nezaberal v\u00f4bec. Z letiska my vyzdvihol str\u00fdko a rovno vzal na polikliniku do Ru\u017einova.<\/u> A h\u00e1dajte \u010do! <strong>\u013dudia na recepcii nevedeli, kam presne ma posla\u0165 a tak pri\u0161li k z\u00e1veru, \u017ee na alergol\u00f3gii by mi mohli pom\u00f4c\u0165. Verili by ste tomu? <\/strong>Ranu som mala krvav\u00fa, zahnisan\u00fa, ruku cel\u00fa spuchnut\u00fa a oni ma chceli posla\u0165 za alergol\u00f3gom. <strong>Asi po polhodine behania kade tade po poliklinike sa mi po\u0161\u0165astilo na schopn\u00fa lek\u00e1rku na chirurgickej ambulancii, ktor\u00e1 mi ranu o\u0161etrila, oviazala a predp\u00edsala siln\u00e9 antibiotik\u00e1<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Dva dni nesk\u00f4r som u\u017e bola doma v Str\u00e1\u017eskom a v Michalovciach som \u0161la na prevent\u00edvnu kontrolu na chirurgick\u00e9 oddelenie v nemocnici. <strong>P\u00e1n doktor sa mi na to pozrel a zhrozene povedal, \u017ee to nevyzer\u00e1 najlep\u0161ie. A \u017ee bude zrejme potrebn\u00fd chirurgick\u00fd z\u00e1krok.<\/strong> A \u017ee moje vycestovanie do Latinskej Ameriky sa mo\u017eno kona\u0165 nebude. Mala som cel\u00fa ruku obviazan\u00fa (vi\u010f obr\u00e1zok) v nejakej masti a tak som to aj mala ma\u0165 do pondelka. <strong>Av\u0161ak moja babka prevzala iniciat\u00edvu a cel\u00fd v\u00edkend mi ranu pre\u010dis\u0165ovala harman\u010dekom a mastila Vi\u0161\u0148ovsk\u00e9ho kr\u00e9mom. V nede\u013eu sa jej podarilo cel\u00fd hnis vytiahnu\u0165 vonku a v lakti ostala len (pre m\u0148a celkom ve\u013ek\u00e1, no pos\u00fa\u010fte z obr\u00e1zku) DIERA.<\/strong>\u00a0 <u>V pondelok mi p\u00e1n doktor povedal, \u017ee z\u00e1krok nie je nutn\u00fd a moja boles\u0165 u\u017e tak \u010di onak kone\u010dne ustupovala&#8230;<\/u> Trvalo e\u0161te jeden cel\u00fd t\u00fd\u017ede\u0148, k\u00fdm sami ruka ako tak zotavila a na lakti zostala len chrasta. Ve\u010f e\u0161te ani teraz ke\u010f p\u00ed\u0161em tento \u010dl\u00e1nok nie som \u00faplne fit, ale je to omnoho lep\u0161ie ako pred p\u00e1r d\u0148ami. <strong>Verili by ste, \u010do tak\u00fd mal\u00fd pav\u00fak dok\u00e1\u017ee sp\u00f4sobi\u0165?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Tak\u017ee \u010do je vlastne pointou m\u00f4jho \u010dl\u00e1nku? Odstra\u0161i\u0165 V\u00e1s od cestovania? Alebo od Filip\u00edn?\u00a0 TO V \u017dIADNOM PR\u00cdPADE! Filip\u00edny s\u00fa n\u00e1dhern\u00e9, tak\u00e9to pav\u00faky m\u00f4\u017eete stretn\u00fa\u0165 kdeko\u013evek, aj u n\u00e1s doma. <strong>Pointou m\u00f4jho \u010dl\u00e1nku je, aby ste boli pripraven\u00ed, \u017ee na cest\u00e1ch sa m\u00f4\u017ee sta\u0165 \u010doko\u013evek. D\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 je, aby sme si zachovali chladn\u00fa hlavu, vyh\u013eadali lek\u00e1rsku pomoc, v\u017edy ke\u010f je to potrebn\u00e9 a nechali sa pred cestou poisti\u0165.
