In this article I\u00a0will sum up my prolonged weekend getaway spent in North Macedonia and Kosovo. Two former Yugoslavian countries with very rich history to learn about. Let it be useful for those heading there.<\/h5>\n

FLIGHTS<\/strong><\/h2>\n

I flew via Wizzair<\/a> directly from Bratislava to Skopje, North Macedonia for around <\/strong>\u20ac<\/strong>42 both ways.<\/strong> The flight took around 90 mins, however, on the way there, there were some turbulences and we couldn\u2019t land for the first time. It was a bit scary, many people crying and praying but I guess it could happen at any other flight.<\/p>\n

HOW TO GET FROM SKOPJE TO PRISTINA<\/strong><\/h2>\n

There are few options of how to get from the capital of North Macedonia to the capital of Kosovo \u2013 Pristina. You can take a bus from the main bus station<\/strong>, buying the ticket on a spot for around \u20ac9. Or you can take a taxi<\/strong> which was our option as it was four of us. We negotiated the price from \u20ac60 to \u20ac45 per 100km ride between Skopje and Pristina. I guess it was pretty worthy. No complications at border crossing<\/strong>.<\/p>
